It is a genuine concern parents of the 21st century have. Apart from the obvious health effects of staring at a screen all day, kids are missing the important social skills needed for later life.
A typical day in the program will involve sessions of free play gaming, an organised co-operative gaming session, a specially designed fun fitness session with coaches, and a trip to the swimming pool. The program will also highlight the importance of healthy eating with nutrition-rich lunches and snacks. Prices starting from $205 for Early Bird 5 week programs.
